Combined Combat and Krav-Maga are a collection of effective techniques from many existing martial arts. Compared to other martial arts, the basics of Krav-Maga can be learned relatively quickly. According to Eyal beginners usually start by strengthening the muscles needed for agility, speed, and strength; Improving physical, fitness, and cardiopulmonary endurance.
Those methods are based on a variety of effective exercises from all martial arts and allow a weaker person to physically prevail over a larger and stronger opponent. As result, it provides basic requirements of self-defense for women who usually face stronger opponents.
The method gives to Youth and Children Self-Confidence in situations of bullying at school. It teaches primarily to avoid violence, but, unfortunately, this does not always depend on the child, and therefore, with the help of the method, they learn to cope with stressful situations at the level of protective and offensive instincts.
