In this method many (MMA) fighters trains; The method is suitable for Self-Defense needs and contributes to the development of Self-Discipline in its trainees; Kyokushin depends upon reality, It's an idea of the brain and inner views of the human heart with his Soul. The training is usually divided into three main parts: Base, Kumite, and Kata.
In the Philosophy of the method, one can refer to the seven "Dojo Kun" principles laid down by Ōyama Masutatsu, each of which is of paramount and equal importance. It is great for self-defense and provides a solution in real-life situations on two main levels against an unarmed enemy and an enemy armed with a knife, sticks, and pistol.

Kyokushin Karate, Self-Defense for Men, Women, and Children
This method is based on a variety of effective exercises and allows a weaker person to physically prevail over a larger and stronger opponent, and therefore, it provides basic requirements for women who usually face stronger opponents. Women need safety from snatchers, threats, thefts, Kidnapping, Sexual harassment, and bally with fatness. Kyokushin training makes them stronger; They learn to bear punches and Kicks and how to make hard-hitting back.
Whereas in harassment, Youth and Children need to save themselves by using hitting on weak points and using easy access of Self-Defense techniques to protect themselves. They learn Quick-Hitting; Pressing Pressure Points in emergency locking of the opponent and Hitting on Weak Body Points; They learn to cope with stressful situations at the level of protective and offensive instincts. The method gives them Self-Confidence in situations of bullying at school.
